This is the yummiest cake!! Coconut cake with Coconut Pastry Cream filling, Buttercream frosting and pure white coconut pressed into the buttercream. A coconut lovers dream.The Happy Birthday plaque is made out of gum paste, left to dry then stenciled. I love that technique!!
The flower holding up the plaque is rice paper dusted with luster dust, cut out and put on a Popsicle stick.
This cake would be a great Easter cake too!!
These cakes look amazing! I cook but only because I have to feed my family and I want them to eat healthily. But bake? It's just not going to happen so I greatly appreciate your artistry and talent
